Dallas Jones is the president of “Home Energy Team Institute” He holds a BA in journalism from the University of Georgia. His Company prepares inspectors to become “Certified Home Energy Survey Professionals” To achieve this certification you need Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) and Building Performance Institute (BPI) training. He has been over 20 years experience as a professional trainer and holds the following certifications.

Andrew Gray is from Keystone Foundation and Repair Inc. The company has been in the masonry business for over 20 years. The company has evolved from just masonry too include a small section of the market that does foundation repair and waterproofing. Andrew has been with the company for 5 years working his way up through the ranks starting as a laborer progressing to a crew foreman to his present position being a Project Estimator. To understand the repairs needed and proper applications he is A.B. Chance certified. This allows him evaluate and design Helical Pilings and Helical Anchors. His education topics will include:
Evaluation of foundation failures.
Options for remedial action and repairs.
Some of the newest products used in remediation.

Michael Rash has a degree in Earth Sciences from IUP. He is employed by Morrison Inc. Morrison Inc. was established in the early 1980’s and did pioneer work in Solar hot water and Geothermal heating systems. The company has evolved into the largest installer of geothermal heating systems (over 4000) in Pennsylvania doing both residential as well as commercial installations. Mike is a certified installer in Ground Water Heat pumps, a Well Driller, holds a license for RSES refrigeration, as well as being plastic fusion certified. He can also do Heliodyne (Solar Hot Water) installation as well. His education topics include:

Rex Bower’s owner of Bowers Pest Control brings to us a wealth of knowledge. He was part of the team that designed the education modules used by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) to train exterminators to become PA State Certified. He has operated his own extermination business for over 25 years. Some of the topics of discussion will be:
- Can you tell the difference between termite damage and rotten wood?
- How about the difference between old wood bore damage and wood from the hickory blight?
- Rex will explain the signs you should be looking for and the most likely areas of infestation to complete a Wood Destroying Insect Inspection.
- Performing an inspection and you find a hole in the attic or basement and not sure what it is? It could be from Mice, Bats, or Snakes.
- Rex will also be discussing those types of pests and solutions available for extermination.
